Very safe and good place to stay alone for women, groups of friends & family at a reasonable price. It may look like a lodge in the first instance, but day by day, you will feel like home due to the staff's support and politeness. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean whenever you require a cleaning you can request for it. Easy access to Central railway and metro station (walking distance only).

Quality furnishings inside the room and toilets. Hot location with lot of Non Veg restaurants near by. Also there are few Veg restaurants near by - Murugan idly shop, Andhra bhavan in walking distance. Good management. Less than 2 km to central railway station and less than 1 km to Park station.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at skm regancy during a weekend getaway, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. **Overall Experience:** From the moment I stepped into the lobby to the time I checked out, the overall experience was exceptional. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. **Accommodation:** The room was immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided made my stay truly enjoyable. **Service:** The staff at [skm regancy] went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From the front desk to the housekeeping, everyone was courteous and eager to assist with any requests. **Location:** The hotel's location was little confusing but it was walkable distance to railway station and metro **Value for Money:** Considering the level of service, quality of accommodation, and amenities provided, I believe offers excellent value for the money.

I stayed in this room for 2 days I really like this room. I came here on Dec 14th and checked out on Dec 15th. There is friendly owner and room service also very nice. I really enjoyed a lot there. It is located in very near to central metro. It is couple friendly room. There is very safety for couples and families also.

It is near to central station.Rooms are neat and clean.In the washroom hot waters are provided.I stayed 4 days it is cost effective and location is so peaceful.

A nice clean budget hotel very close to Chennai Central Railway station. Ideal for a calm stay. Good & well maintained rooms. Nice service.

The rooms were really clean and well maintained. The hotel being close to Chennai Central and Chennai Egmore stations, would be the best choice to stay. A2B Anand Bhavan is close by too. Only drawback is Wi-Fi does not work and no lift till the family room and hotel being a narrow lane.
